Safari And Wagon Rules

For the safety of our guests, staff, and animals, all participants must follow these rules while participating in the Wagon Ride Safari.

By boarding the safari wagon, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Safety Rules
• All guests must remain seated while the wagon is in motion.
• Keep hands, arms, feet, and personal belongings inside the wagon at all times.
• Do not attempt to exit the wagon until instructed by a staff member.
• Children must remain seated and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Guests must follow all instructions given by park staff or guides immediately.

Animal Interaction
• Only approved feed provided by Broadway Zoological Park may be given to animals.
• Do not tease, chase, yell at, or attempt to grab animals.
• Animals may approach the wagon; please remain calm and keep movements slow.
• Feeding animals is optional, but guests must do so only as directed by staff.

Personal Responsibility
• Guests participate in the safari at their own risk.
• Animals are unpredictable, and close interaction is part of the experience.
• Broadway Zoological Park is not responsible for lost, damaged, or dropped items during the safari ride.

Liability Waiver

By participating in the Wagon Ride Safari, guests acknowledge the inherent risks  associated with interacting with animals and riding in an open wagon. Guests voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Broadway Zoological Park, its owners, staff, and volunteers from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation. Guests who fail to follow these rules may be removed from the safari ride without refund. Thank you for helping us keep this experience safe, fun, and respectful for both guests and animals!
