Plan a Visit
- Guided Tours are approximately 2 hours long, and it includes up close and personal viewing of over 165 species of animals!
- Tour guides are happy to answer questions, and share information about the species onsite as well as their wild counterparts.
- Giraffe feeding, parakeet aviary tours, and hoofstock feed are included in tour price.
- Please be aware that the majority of the park is outdoors, and the tour will mostly be on foot, so good walking shoes are a must!

Please plan for a day of walking, as the facility is currently 50 acres in size, with many expansions to come!
Accessibility
The park is working to become stroller and wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons will be available to those onsite if needed at no additional cost. These items are on a first come, first served basis and can be checked out at the gift shop entrance. There are quiet zones throughout the park, and special needs accommodations such as sensory kits and headphones are available by phone reservation.
We ask that those with service animals please check in at the gift shop entrance and call the facility in advance for additional details on park navigation.
Facilities
Public bathrooms are available and equipped with changing stations and handicap accessible stalls. Light concessions will be available via vending machines on park grounds, and bottled drinks in the gift shop. We encourage packed lunches (though please do not share these with the animals) in designated areas, and please check our social media pages for any additional food options (food truck rodeos). We have a covered picnic shelter available to our guests, but groups larger than 15 must schedule in advance.
Tours
Guided tours must be booked by phone in advance. We would appreciate if school groups would call ahead so we can facilitate your visit. For more information about our behind the scenes tours, check out our experiences page. Self guided tours will be available during our regular business hours and require a general entry fee. Animal feed for self-guided tours is available at an additional cost.

- Summer Hours (April-September): 10 AM - 5 PM
- Winter Hours (October-March): 10 AM - 4 PM
- Closed for Christmas and Thanksgiving
Pricing for Reserved Group Tours
- Adults: $13 per person
- Ages 4-15 years: $10 per person
- Ages 3 and under: FREE
- These prices exclude special events/holidays
