We are so excited to welcome you to Broadway Zoological Park! Here are a few “good to knows” when planning your visit.

Please plan for a day of walking, as the facility is currently 50 acres in size, with many expansions to come!

Accessibility

The park is stroller and wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons will be available to those onsite if needed at no additional cost. These items are on a first come, first served basis and can be checked out at the gift shop entrance. There are quiet zones throughout the park, and special needs accommodations such as sensory kits and headphones are available by phone reservation.

We ask that those with service animals please check in at the gift shop entrance and call the facility in advance for additional details on park navigation.

Facilities

Public bathrooms are available and equipped with changing stations and handicap accessible stalls. Light concessions will be available via vending machines on park grounds, and bottled drinks in the gift shop. We encourage packed lunches (though please do not share these with the animals) in designated areas, and please check our social media pages for any additional food options (food truck rodeos). We have a covered picnic shelter available to our guests, but groups larger than 15 must schedule in advance.

Tours

Guided tours must be booked by phone in advance. We would appreciate if school groups would call ahead so we can facilitate your visit. For more information about our behind the scenes tours, check out our experiences page. Self guided tours are available during our regular business hours and require a general entry fee. Animal feed for self-guided tours is available at an additional cost.
