Giraffe Feeding Station
Meet the herd! During your visit stop by the Giraffe Feeding Station to feed these gentle giants, learn more about their plight in the wild, and what you can do to help conserve them! This experience is operational year round, providing temperatures are above 50 degrees. Wheelchair accessibility available.
Parakeet Aviary
In the Parakeet Aviary, guests can have a chat with some of Australia’s most adorable parrots! Discover the world of aviation from a parrot’s perspective, with over 150 parakeets to soar around as you and your family interact and feed these outgoing little birds. This experience is wheelchair accessible, and available year round.
Kid's Barn Petting Zone
In the Kids Barn Petting Zone, guests may feed and interact with numerous goats, pigs, cattle, and other barnyard friends! Take a ride on the train, join a keeper for crafts, and enjoy the playground. This area is designed with one thing in mind, FUN!
Tortoise Town
Visit, feed, and meet some of the world’s largest tortoise species up close and personal! Tortoise Town is home to over 5 tortoise species, some of which reach 500 lbs in size! Learn about tortoise life spans, diet, and conservation status with keepers in this wonderful fun filled experience! Tortoise town is available dependent on weather conditions, but don’t worry, keepers will be more than happy to share some of the park’s other reptile species!
Picnic Shelter
We have a covered picnic shelter available to our guests, but groups larger than 15 must schedule in advance.

Public bathrooms are available and equipped with changing stations and handicap accessible stalls.

Entrance
The park is stroller and wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons will be available to those onsite if needed at no additional cost. These items are on a first come, first served basis and can be checked out at the gift shop entrance.
We ask that those with service animals please check in at the gift shop entrance and call the facility in advance for additional details on park navigation.

Bactrian Camels
Don't miss out on these charismatic creatures! The Bactrian Camels are a must-see on your visit to the park! Be sure to purchase feed at the ticket booth, and spend a few minutes observing as the camels dash throughout their paddock.
Parrots
Woohoo! The park’s Parrots love to talk! Swing on over and conversate with the macaws, cockatoos, and conures as these colorful birds sing and dance the day away! Did you know, most of the park’s parrots are rescues or rehomes? With long lifespans, and difficult care requirements, we are happy to provide a home to birds in need!
Cats
The park’s feline species are a must-see on your visit! Learn why some cats are spotted, how large ears help locate prey, and why some cats have webbed toes!
Crocodile
Caiman and crocodile species inhabit this section of the park. Scan the waters edge for these ancient animals as they soak up the sun's rays! When temperatures are below 60 degrees, the park’s crocodilian species may be visible in their indoor housing exhibits.
Small Primates
Marmosets, Tamarins, Bushbabies, Oh My! The small primate house is sure to bring a smile to your face! Watch as these curious creatures bound to and fro, play, groom, and interact with guests passing by!

Swing on by as the spider monkeys, capuchins, lemurs, and so much more explore their enclosures! Keep an eye out for special enrichment opportunities, and watch as these intelligent animals solve puzzles, paint, and try new experiences! The primates are ready to see you at the park!

Binturongs
One of the world’s most unique species, the park’s Binturongs spend their day high in the tree tops and rope courses of their enclosure. Did you know, some people believe the natural odor of the binturong smells just like buttered popcorn?
Reptiles
Lizards, snakes, crocodiles, amphibians, and invertebrates wait to greet you in the Reptile Building. While often misunderstood, these animals play a vital role in the health of our planet, and the park is happy to present a wide variety of some of the world’s most intriguing species!
Ibex
Sam, Marshall, and Everest are sure to brighten your day! Watch as these adventurous Ibex traverse their rocky ledges, just as their wild counterparts do!
Capybara
Can’t see the capybara? Watch their pond closely! These large rodents love to swim and submerge to cool off on warm summer days.
Aldabra Tortoises
Slooooww down and relax as the Aldabra Tortoises graze and meander their enclosure spaces. These large reptiles can be viewed when temperatures are steady above 65 degrees.
Antelope
Sit back and scan the horizon for antelope species like nilgai, blackbuck, and oryx! These magnificent animals can be found grazing, galloping, and lounging in the tree coverage. Did you know, the park’s scimitar oryx are critically endangered and functionally extinct in the wild? Be sure to visit with staff for more information on this incredible species.
Emu
Learn about Australia’s largest bird, their natural predators, and how they raise their young at the emu paddock!
Wallabies
Hop on over to the wallaby exhibit and learn what it takes to be a macropod in the outback! Our Bennett's Wallabies enjoy the day lounging around in the shade and enjoying a good snack of hay.
Warthog
Sit down and relax in this shaded region of the park. The warthogs can be seen mudbathing, rooting, and foraging throughout the day!
Alligators
Did you know, Broadway Zoological Park takes in rescued American Alligator? Be sure to visit the viewing deck to witness one of the country's most adept native carnivores!
Dromedary Camels
Grab some feed from the ticket booth and visit the Dromedary Camels! Did you know, camels store fat, not water in their humps? This helps them survive the arid environments in which they call home!
Goats
It’s always a good time at the goat pasture! Watch as these rambunctious kids play amongst their tree houses and towers!
Birds of Prey
Soar on over to see the parks birds of prey! Eurasian eagle owl and buteo are sure to dazzle you with their large talons and golden eyes!

Native to the Andes Mountains, these gentle creatures are always excited to see you. Find the alpaca on our wagon ride!
